Over-sized and added a fabric feel to it.
A vision I had while I was daydreaming. In all honesty, I was playing with a few filters and came across a back drop that I could agree with. Adding the Steelers logo in the middle finalized my quest.
For the Gals and Breast Cancer Awareness.
I converted the normal Steelers logo pink and decided to add a pink ribbon to show support for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Afterwards, I made the image pop by adding a little shadowing. Finally, a slight white frame to finish the image. Personally, I would like to see the league incorporate an "ALL CANCER" awareness since it doesn't discriminate among it's victims. ![]() Another addition dedicated to all my Steeler Nation brothers & sisters. Not like my other creations featuring gals, I found this gem when I did a search last night. As you can tell from the image on the left, I had to remove the background, replace it with the Steelers logo, add some shadowing and viola! Did I happen to mention that I enjoy creating and playing with graphic images? ;-) ![]() I was throwing clay and seeing what would stick. I started with the image to the left. It was a nice image but I wanted to enhance it. I decided to create a new Steelers logo background image using their helmets logo. It actually started off being very colorful, but as I continued to work the image, I found myself choosing to tone it down with hues of grey. Superimposing the hypocycloids in full color added the necessary "pop" that was needed to complete part one. Now for the second part. Removing the background wasn't too difficult but after I isolated the image, I noticed that it was much smaller than I wanted. A dilemma developed. I went with what I had and added the two together. Needless to say. I believe I created a honey of an image worthy of being a focal point of any monitor ;-) Taking my standard Pittsburgh Steelers background, I decided to give it a gold colored background with a slightly embossed logo. Simple, but elegant.
![]() I started off with the vision to the left. After removing the background, I recolored the uniform black and gold. I think most would agree that she looks much better out of that "SeaChickens" uniform and into something that that highlights her beauty. Once I was content with the appearance, I decided to add the Steelers logo's to her clothing and brought it all together with the addition of a Steelers logo background. Shadows were added to finish the image. No doubt about it. A first round draft pick in any league. ![]() Black & Gold... All the way Baby! I started with the image to the left. I ditched and recolored her uniform to the appropriate hues, Black & Gold. It was a bit more demanding considering that I wanted it to look natural and with definition. Once completed, I added her to my Steelers created background and proceeded to add shadowing. On a whim, I decided to add the gold stripe at the bottom. That was the coup de gras and solidified the image as a welcome addition to my Black & Gold Steelers Nation archive.
